Course abstract:

THE KEY ELEMENT – a concept created by Dr Ivchev as a result of attending numerous trainings around the world. It encompasses the integration of protocols for complex and in-depth diagnosis and treatment of patients in the field of functional dentistry and dental technology in an accessible and understandable language. The specialised training events of Dr Ivchev entitled THE KEY ELEMENT will consider cases to help dentists and dental technicians understand in detail the system in which they work. Solved cases from the practice of COLDY DENT Functional Atelier will be illustrated in detail and used to provide fellow dentists and dental technicians with understanding of the protocols of diagnosis and treatment. The trainings will provide clarity on the statics and dynamics of the system, on the use of diagnostic and work-related tools – such as condylography, Brooks checker, occlusograms and different types of articulators. A valuable part of the knowledge and skills acquired in the course of the training is the comprehensive information regarding the complete control during diagnosis and treatment, as well as the validation at each stage.

Dr Ivchev’s message: Being a good doctor requires above all formulating correct diagnoses. Lector CV: Dr. Manol Ivchev is one of the leading doctors in Dentistry as well as leading lecturer in occlusal medicine in Bulgaria.  He's graduated from School of Dental Medicine in Sofia and has attended courses  of Functional Occlusion trainings accredited by the Slavicek Institute in Vienna - VieSID. For the past 10 years he has invested in training all over the world in courses on functional orthodontics and a more holistic approach to treatment. In his dental clinic he offers complete patient care, from functional diagnosis to full mouth rehabilitation for the most complex cases, not only aesthetic but also correcting functional problems in which speech, chewing, breathing and proper jaw alignment is compromised
